6. A. She went down there herself a couple times too.

7. Q. Ok. Now then, at this party were you drinking?

8. A. Yes, I was.

9. Q. What were you drinking?

10. A. Beer.

11. Q. Was there beer at the party, was beer being served?

12. A. Yes.

13. Q. Was there a keg there?

14. A. Yes.

15. Q. And is that what you were drinking out of the keg or something else?

16. A. Out of the keg.

17. Q. All right. Was Denise drinking?

18. A. Yes, she was.

19. Q. What was she drinking?

20. A. Beer.

21. Q. Now, at midnight when the New Year came in, where were you?

22. A. In the living room with Denise.

23. Q. Of which house?

24. A. Of Tim's house.
